    Sounds like a potential plot of a Bevis and Butthead episode... Butthead convinces Bevis to put on the collar while he operates the button. ;)

    There actually is one. It is on streaming, though (Paramount+), but the
    first season did eventually make it to cable not long before the second
    season was released. They are still funny, but not as funny as the
    classic 1990s version.
