Hi,you can check qb64 / freebasic / gambas that are open source.
Anyone into PureBasic ?
I recently discovered it realizing it has been around for years.
It is still actively maintained and support Win, Linux, OSX and Arm (raspberry).
I like it due to the basic like syntax and portability. The executables are small without need for a lot of dependencies.
Also I like the license model. It's 79Euro for a lifetime license (all future updates). You can install it in all your environments using the same license.
I realize this is becoming a commercial so I will stop now...

It looks like a cross-platform VisualBasic.ããI remember Kemeny and Kurtz doing an updated BASIC for the MS-DOS platform. ãThey were discouraged by the bunch of variants that were created and wantedãsomething better for people. Unfortunately, by the time they bought it out,ãthe PC market had moved away from BASIC.ããã... Captain we're at 1700 CPS.
