You can now download the latest successfully-built Synchronet C/C++ source codeãarchives:ããftp://vert.synchro.net/Synchronet/sbbs_src.zip (Win32)ãftp://vert.synchro.net/Synchronet/sbbs_src.tgz (Linux)ãã(each archive is about 2.5MB in size at this time)ããThese files will be automatically updated nightly, as long as the source isãsuccessfully built by the automated testbuild.js script. If the source cannotãbe built, the errors are e-mailed to me and the archives are not updated.ããThis allows sysops that build Synchronet from source to not have to rely on theãintegrity of the current CVS snapshot at any given time (which may or may notãsuccessfully build).ããThe archives also contain the CVS sub-directories required for later "cvsãupdates" should the sysop desire to download incremental updates (which may orãmay not successfully build at any given time).ããMind you, the source archives above may well contain bugs. Binariesã(executables) built from the source may not even run (they *should* of course,ãbut you never know).
