Personally I like having Ansi's that are part of the menu. IE for theãAdventure games I want to have an ansi of a knight or a dragon. Just the wayãthat I have always done it. They are configurable, but AFAIK you can notãhave ansis for each screen. (group of doors)ããYou can create a custom ANSI for the main Door menu (text/menu/xtrn_sec.ans)ãand then for each sub-section you can do the same (text/menu/xtrn#.asc where #ãis the section number).ããSo if all your Adventure games are in section 3, create text/menu/xtrn3.ascãwith your dragon in it -- and a list of the games, of course -- and you'reãdone.ãã---ã þ Synchronet þ Where we BAJA Rob into writing our modules. Ansi rotation is just cosmetics.ããPoint taken, but the original post asked about changing "door menus" and didn'tãsay anything else about changing the entire menu structure or command keys. Inãthat case, I still think it was a fair comment that the "door menus" were "veryãconfigurable". And my post implied that even more could be done if BAJA wereãexercised. So yes, the entire Externals sub-section of Synchronet is "veryãconfigurable". No there isn't a Next-Next-Next-Next-Next-Finish "Wizzard" toãradically reconstruct the entire structure of the section without any effort byãthe SyncOp, but so what?ãã---ã þ Synchronet þ Where we BAJA Rob into writing our modules.
