Is there any way to suppress the 8.3 filename and file size (thus listing only ãthe letter shortcut and description) in a file listing? I looked at the ãtext.dat file but could not readily locate the line responsible for the ãfile_list line item's view.ããthanks...ãããã---ã þ Synchronet þ .. hax0r's palace .. you've just been hax0r'd ..ã

I dont know how ãmuch work would be involved, but for someone like me who is looking for more ãfunctionality than the built in text files section has to offer, the xfer ãsection makes a good replacement.ããperhaps these two items could be added to the xfer config section... infact, i ãcould live with the size appearing, but the 8.3 filename is just a nuissance ãmost times, and users often over lok/misunderstand what the shortcut letter is ãfor or how it is used.ããããã---ã þ Synchronet þ .. hax0r's palace .. you've just been hax0r'd ..ã
