• SBBS Permissions

    From Mindless Automaton@VERT/ELDRITCH to DOVE-Net.Synchronet_Discussion on Sun Jul 9 13:53:35 2023
On Mint Linux, I have SBBS (upgraded from 3.18 to 3.2 recently) running
    as a service (systemctl) with user/group sbbs/sbbs.
I log in with a regular user account which I also added to sbbs group.

When SBBS creates files however, there is no rw access for sbbs group
so my user account cant read the logs. Is there anything I missed
    setting that allows this?

Usually I just ran as root so I didnt have to deal with any permission
    issues. :P

    Thanks!

Yeah that was it, thanks. I could have sworn I changed it to 002 but apparently not.

    Thanks!
