There have been some significantãupdates and changes to MRC.ããTo answer the original question. MRC is for BBS-to-BBS chat, specifically.ãThere is a bridge to an IRC server, but that's the extent of its connection toãit. IRC is for chatting over the internet in general, with different IRCãservers connected together (or not) making different IRC networks. Sort of aãde-centralized kind of thing. With MRC, it may seem decentralized with theãBBSes as "servers", but they have to connect to a main server and you can'tãmake different "networks" of BBSes.ãã---ã þ Synchronet þ TIRED of waiting 2 hours for a taco?
