Running Synchronet seems to be like running a Linux server. aside from the BBS i have sshd and sftpd running; connecting from my desktop PC to the BBS computer all the time. then there's all the javascript, bash scripts, etc.
What system monitors do you use?
Any tips on keeping logs and monitoring your Debian server?

They check once every couple ofã minutes and text me if something goes down. I don't get anyã diagnostics out of it, just up/down.ã ããã... I was reading about Munin and Monitorix last night and thought I'd see if they were any benefit to me.
